Photography honors moments and art honors lifetimes

Photography is amazing for being true to specific moments, and when done well (and over time) it honors lifetimes beautifully. Access to photograph is finite, though, as I've discussed with many grieving humans.

It's because I met so many people who told me they wish they had met me when their beloved animal was alive that I learned how to paint. In a painting I can create something different than I can with a photograph, and that's representing a mood and reflection of the subject that goes beyond just that moment.

I adore both. Photography will probably always be my favorite and I value what other 2D art can do (especially posthumously). They simply have different strengths.

So whether you are considering art because photography is no longer an option or you just like artsy stuff, I'll take good care of you.
